Placement of Amy Woodland students into existing schools in Cranbrook
School District No. 5 (Southeast Kootenay) has worked diligently to place cohorts of students from Amy Woodland Elementary School into existing schools in Cranbrook. Letters were emailed on July 11 to all Amy Woodland families outlining the placement of students for September 2024.

The Grade 3/4 classes from Highlands and Aqamnik wrote pen pal letters to each other and then met their buddies at Idlewild Park. They named the photo “ The Bridge That Connects Us ". Thank you, Ms. Cara for organizing this for us!
