Student Digital Literacy Surveys
This survey was created to gather data on students' digital literacy as part of the Framework for Enhancing Student Learning (FESL) program and will be used to create resources that will support teachers who are teaching technology skills.
The survey has been split into three sections (Access, Online Activity and Technology Skills) to allow for flexibility in how they are delivered. Please complete all three surveys. Once started, a survey is not completed until the student hits the "Submit" button at the end.
QR codes have been made available for students wishing to respond using an iPad. This page can be displayed on a projector if needed (

All surveys are anonymous and do not require a login or the input of student names.
