Commencement date has changed.
Families of 2026 Grads
I shared with the parents that attended the 2026 Prom Parents Meeting last night, the need to move the Commencement Date for MBSS Grad 2026 by one day.
Previously Commencement was scheduled for Thursday June 25th, 2026, and I have moved it to Wednesday June 24th, 2026.
This changed the dates to the following:
Wednesday June 24th, 2026 – Commencement at Western Financial for 2026 Grads of MBSS at 5:00PM
Friday June 26th, 2026 – Prom at Cranbrook Curling Club for 2026 Grads of MBSS
Friday June 26th, 2026, is no longer a day of instruction for staff. For school staff, their last day of work is Thursday June 25th.
Knowing this and wanting staff to come back to a day of work following Commencement, we have made an adjustment.
I am sharing this with as much time as possible for families to make the adjustment to their schedules that week. We know how busy this week is for families.
