Allied Van Lines Scholarship:  

Deadline: December 15, 2026: Allied Van Lines is pleased to offer qualifying Canadian students a chance to apply for our scholarship, which is intended for students across the areas of business, logistics and similar fields. Four qualified candidates will be selected annually to receive an award amount of $1,000 each. Through the scholarship competition, Allied Van Lines will select four winners to receive an award of $1,000 each after the scholarship deadline.   https://www.alliedvanlines.ca/scholarship

Cranbrook Chamber Education Grant 2026:

Deadline: July 31, 2026: The 2026 Education Grant is $400. If you are enrolled, or planning to be in the next 12 months and your program supports our local economy 9think trades, business, healthcare, leadership + more) the Cranbrook Chamber of Commerce has an Education Grant for you.

Association of School Transportation Services of BC (ASTSBC) Scholarship:

DEADLINE:  June and December:  The Association of School Transportation Services of British Columbia (ASTSBC) will award a scholarship to eligible student(s) attending an educational facility in the Province of British Columbia for the express purpose of attaining certification as a Commercial Mechanic or Heavy Duty Mechanic.  Each successful candidate may receive up to a maximum of $7,000 over the 4 years of their schooling.

Applications are also available in the Counselling Office.

Construction, Maintenance & Allied Workers, Local 1237 Pre-Apprentice Bursary:

DEADLINE:  No Deadline Posted:  When the Construction Maintenance and Allied Workers Canada Local 1237 decided to sell their Union Hall in Dawson Creek, they donated the proceeds from the building to establish a Pre-Apprentice Bursary fund.  There will be on average 6 $500 bursaries awarded each year.  To qualify for one of these bursaries, please see the Bursary Requirements below.

Bursaries for Post Secondary Studies in French as a Second Language:

DEADLINE:  No Deadline Posted:  Are you interested in pursuing your post-secondary studies in French?   English-speaking Canadians enrolled in the first year of a college or university program have an opportunity to receive a $3,000 bursary to perfect their bilingualism while studying in a field of interest.
