| | Information | | School District No. 5 (Southeast Kootenay) realizes the school calendar is an important document for family planning. Unfortunately, we have had to make an amendment to the second half of the current school year. You will notice in April we have adjusted the Professional Development Day from April 17 to April 24 to align with the Regional Specialist Teachers' Association's planned day. We therefore, are proposing the move of the non-instructional day originally on April 28 to April 21 to allow a four day weekend. The District is hoping these changes will not cause too much disruption in your family planning. If you have any comments or concerns regarding these specific changes please send them to Amanda.skene@sd5.bc.ca before November 15, 2022.
