Parents' Advisory Council (PAC)
What does PAC do? PAC works closely with our school admin and teachers to stay updated on what is happening in the school as well as to help plan future programs, events etc. PAC is integral to our school as they are a huge support (financially and people power) for many school initiatives. PAC runs many fundraisers a year (e.g. hot lunches, two book fairs, apple and plant sales etc.) that help fund these initiatives.
Some initiatives that PAC helps fund are: Classroom resources/items, Whole school performances, Field trips, the 2 sheds outside to help increase our limited storage space
Please consider supporting PAC by:
- Attending monthly meetings (usually held on the second Monday of every month from 6:00 pm -7:00ish). Child care is provided. Meetings are held in the school library
- Volunteering for different events (they often post on their Facebook Page when in need)
- Contributing to fundraisers by purchasing items that they are selling
