School District 5 is once again participating as a pilot district for the Ministry of Education's draft K-9 Student Reporting Policy.
We value your feedback as we continue to develop better ways to communicate student learning. Therefore, we are inviting you to complete the following Ministry survey at your convenience (see link below).
Many students will not be familiar with the SurveyMonkey platform or the vocabulary used in the Student Reporting Policy Pilot Student Survey. Some students (especially younger students) will require support from an adult when completing this survey. Parents are welcome to assist their child in completing the survey at home. Schools are also encouraged to provide students with opportunities to complete the survey at school so that teachers may guide students through, clarifying procedures and terminology, as required.
The survey link will be active October 15 to November 15, 2019.
